Kemarr Brown

Founder & Chief Visionary Officer

Kemarr L. Brown is a former Senior Government executive of 15+ years who now leads OnPointe Government Solutions, a digital transformation consulting firm focused on improving government services by leveraging technology to digitize processes. During her tenure working in state and local government, she became known for her ability to lead transformative, paradigm-shifting change at an enterprise level using her unique collaborative approach to problem-solving and driving change. 

​

Her experience in management and user-first solution designs provides her with an unmatched ability to drive change by speaking the language and implementing her well-established process of Connect3. Through OnPointe Government Solutions, she continues her work in partnering with government agencies in the areas of strategic planning, digital business transformation corporate strategy, business analysis, enterprise system implementation, change management, and process reengineering. 

 

Mrs. Brown was recently admitted to Harvard Kennedy School Senior Executives in State and Local Government program, further positioning her as a visionary and vanguard leader in this space for years to come.
